Do you have questions about your order or a product? Then you've come to the right place.

You be able to answer some questions yourself. Here is a small selection of tips on how you might find the answer:

1. what is the status of my order?
· If you have a customer account, you can log in and check the status of your order yourself.
· If you have ordered as a guest, you will find a link to check the status of your order in the order confirmation. There you only have to confirm your identity briefly.
2. what does the order status mean?
· “Open”: we are currently still waiting for items, the order has therefore not been processed further
· “In progress”: we will ship the order as soon as possible
3. how long does it take until I receive my delivery for pre-orders?
· The delivery times in the store give an indication of how long the delivery will take.
· For new publications (pre-orders), we can ship at the earliest a few days before publication.
